Getting Started

Welcome! This guide will help you set up Miniback in minutes.

1. Create Your Account

You can create your Miniback account using any of these methods:

• Email & Password: Sign up directly with your email address
• GitHub OAuth: Use your existing GitHub account
• Google OAuth: Use your existing Google account

Visit miniback.io  to get started with any of these options.

2. Create a Project

• Click “Create Project” in your dashboard
• Name your project (e.g., “My Website”)
• Configure basic settings (optional):
  • Set allowed domains for security
  • Generate API key for programmatic access
  • Customize widget appearance

3. Install the Widget

• Go to your project page and copy the provided script tag
• See installation instructions for details

4. Submit Your First Feedback

• Visit your site, open the widget, and send a test message
• View feedback in your dashboard
